Project Description
La Create Space was hired by BIG Summit to manage video production, event management, and experiential design, was instrumental in enhancing the B.I.G. Summit at Mandalay Bay Convention Center during the WNBA All-Star weekend.
Video Production:
Our team captured the summit's essence, producing a top-quality video video recap showcasing keynote speeches and panel discussions. Dynamic camera work and innovative editing techniques preserved the event's energy, serving as documentation and promotional material for future engagements.
Event Management:
La Create Space's event management ensured a seamless experience for attendees, managing logistics with Mandalay Bay Convention Center, handling registrations, and ensuring smooth flow throughout the day. Their meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving created a memorable summit experience.
Experiential Design:
